If the product arrive late, we are sorry to say we can not control all the condition during the shipping.

If the product is out of stock and you received it late, we can make some compensation for you, such as reward you the coupon code or a few partial refunds.

  • Change mind

 If you change your mind or want to change to another product after the package shipping out.

How long you will receive the refund money?

If you pay by the credit card, you will receive a refund within 3-15 days after receiving the refund email (according to the customer-owner credit card company transferring time).

If you pay through the Paypal, you will receive the refund on time after you receive the refund email.

Our shop doesn't charge the processing fee.
